Dixon of dock green wouldn't tolerate you smashing our forum lights    so  the court finds you guilty and fines you five bob to be payed at a penny a week  and let that teach you a lesson you can't go around vandalizing our forum lights

Oh yes we do  They are self-repairing lights, so a policeman wouldn't find any damage, even if they did bother to come outside the police station.
Has anyone actually seen a living, breathing policeman lately? I'm beginning to wonder if all we have is cardboard cut outs at the station windows, mmmmm.

and yes I honestly seen a policeman on Saturday because I was following two policemen in the patrol car and they turned left without indicating but I did wave to them Honest I did with one finger
