hen houses are supposed to be draught free and well ventilated. How do you make vents that are draught free?

As I understand it the vents need to be above head height when they are roosting.

I made a house with a high apex roof and 2" holes drilled through just below the roofline at the top.
It keeps it fresh and allows the heat to rise to the top during summer so they're not stifled.

Whne they perch the holes are about 6" or more above their heads.
Another method is to use corrugated roofing and leave the eaves open, so the breeze blows across the top.
