Title: pumpkin competition ?

its just an idea i had, but what about if we have a pumpkin competition to see who can grow the biggest ?  :)

i don't think i'd be able to run it as i can't guarantee i will have internet all season.

well what do you think ?

anyone want to do it ?

I've grown them for the last three years for my sister's children to carve at Halloween....following dear old Dad's instructions..

My nephew is now 22 (!!) and the youngest niece 12 so I'm cutting back on pumpkin and saving space for things I prefer to eat.... just how much pumpkin pie can a bloke eat?  :unsure:

But... having said that: It's a good idea if anyone wants to compete and take on the organising..

mine have three big leaves (not including seed leaves)  :)

i suppose i could do the organising  :) if its ok with the moderators ?
