One of my alottment neighbours has a combined stirrup or hoop hoe and 4" rake in one  tool. I had a go with it this morning and it is very easy to use. Unfortunately he cannot remember where he got it from.

If anyone has any idea's I would be grateful.

Thanks for the reply. 
It is similar except that instead of the 3 pronged cultivator it has about a 4 inch  rake.

I have one of these and have cut the prong side off and smoothed it down,the reason being,the prongs catch in the stems,side shoots and large leaves of the crop when you draw back and make hoeing so slow!
I recently bought an old swoe at a booty,cleaned it up, sharpened it and now I would not us anything else for intercrop work.

I did just that with a rake when I couldn't get the tooth spacing I wanted for our soil type....

...an old socket from a Woolworths rake, some flat strip from an old Atco mower handle...some cup square bolts ground to a point.....hey presto the rake I wanted but couldn't buy.
