I have been having mite  and baldness problems with my new chickens and I think I may have found some help for the baldness. I read that vaseline helps our eyelashes grow so I thought I'd try it on my chickens bald head. Low and behold, my chickens feathers are growing back at an alarming rate, it's amazing, so I thought I'd pass it on. They're still not laying so I'll have to see what help's us in that capacity and try it, maybe some asparagus or something, ummmm.

Does vaseline really make eyelashes grow?

I thought it was just a trick to make them look a bit more luscious.  Wasn't it a war time version of Mascara, or maybe I'm thinking of something else.
