Yes i know daft but i'm excited, found my first garden pea pod yay!!!!! My little four year was so excited he went to eat the pod!  :D


They current home by my wall surrounded by tomatoes and bamboo sticks. With my personal omprovised mini munty frame thingy attached to my drainpipe!




Yay peapods!

Sorry don't know how to flip them  :oops:
Who needs a guard-dog when you can have cats for guards!

You can rotate in Paint or similar program.

When it gets a little fatter let the little one pick it, pop the pod, run your finger up the shell and munch, its the only way. :D I can see a few more forming so there will be plenty more to join it.

all my pea plants seem inclined to do nothing, especially not climb the supports! put some more in today.

My little boy loves peas fresh off the plant, last year hardly any got further than a few yards from the plot before they were eaten :lol:

Well my beans and sugar snap peas don't seem to want do out at the mo, you never know we both might end up a massive supply of peas and beans by the end of the summer!  :lol:

Don't think the peas will make to the kitchen though, the cats were eyeing them up well, i can see it now world war three breaks loose little boys vs the cats.  :wink:
