... is he still around? Used to love his hundreds of feet of peas, and the pictures of them.

For the last couple of years my peas ain't been so sweet. First year I blamed the heat, drought and lack of watering. This year I don't know what to make of it. I've tried Meteor and Douce Provence. Some good, some no so good. Maybe it's me?

It's been a funny old year for most veggies this year - but are you using new seed or old seed?

My peas haven't been much good this year, either. As a spring sown vegetable - I don't think they liked the hot/dry weather earlier this year  Shame..

We've had a Mediterranean summer in spring and now have autumn in summer, the veg are probably complaining that our normal climate has gone missing.

I use seed bought as fresh. I'd sow yet more but I'm getting a little bored of picking them now.
