horse radish and hens

Hi all newbie needing advise
just took over an allotment and the new hen run i'm building has horse radish plants in it will they be harmful to the hens or can they run among it ok

Hi, not an expert but I have horseradish in my garden and my ducks eat it a bit without any obvious ill effects. Apparently the young leaves can be eaten in salad so I doubt they are toxic. Have eaten some but didn't really like the taste but nothing terrible happened to me

My chucks hate the stuff, its the only thing left growing in the whole pen !!!
