Anyone have a Tibetan sky chicken house?

and it was thought not to be predator proof and also awkward for getting rid of redmites amongst other problems.

The better solution is to have an auto pop hole opener on a standard coop.

I really would look into fitting auto pop holes if you cant be around early in the mornings and late at night (bearing in mind at the height of summer I am wanting to go to bed and my girls are still out enjoying themselves at 10.30  ) either that or build a huge fox proof run. By fox proof I mean like a giant box so there is thick welded wire sides, roof and even underneath the ground. This is what I plan to do when I get down to a more manageable amount of hens. At the moment I am down to 27 so they free range as a run would have to be absolutely enormous - at least 81 square metres in size  .
