Hi folks,

I remember as a child getting pigeon to eat and really loving the flavour ... so I've been searching a little and can find very little info regarding squab production. Is there anyone on here that raises squabs for meat? or perhaps you know of someone that does, TIA
Any info at the moment would be appreciated or perhaps a discussion based on some past experiences.

hmm i know most good butchers can get hold of pigion should you need it.  This is usualy shot rather then farmed though..

Im not sure many people actualy breed them for food though?

Some one else may be along with other ideas though?

I think raising them to kill them is bad news especially when there is so much adult wood  pigeon about that could be taken without making a dent in the population
