can anyone share with me successful recipes for nettle beer.

I know it's not the right time of year, but with Winter almost upon us (it's bl***y freezing here today), I want to look forward to Spring again.

Hi, i think i saw somewhere that you picked the tops of nettle and you need a pint glass full to the gallon.
