Left them out overnight
« on: June 03, 2011, 09:14 »
Sicne it was fairly warm yesterday, I decided to leave the coop door open, and just lock them in the run, 4 happy chicks wandering aroung the run this morning.
 :)
We use chemicals in this garden, just as god intended

Our run has foot deep concrete footings round the perimeter and extra strong weld mesh so I have kept our coop door open since the weather improved, when the weather cools again I will start to close it and I'm sure they will feel the benefit.

if you are absolutely positive that your coop and run is fox, mink, stoat, weasel, human, rat etc proof then you should be ok, however please don't be too complacent.
Staffies are softer than you think.
