But they were slow at applying for re-registration in the UK so it has lapsed. That means it can't legally be sold here anymore. It may reappear, it may not.

I am not sure what the deal is with Bayer though, as the reply focuses mostly on Vitax.

Personally I use copper sprays as last resort depending on how much I think blight will impact the remaining crops on the plot - I don't want copper building up in my soil.
