Please see photo. Are these ok, been chitting now for 6 weeks, but only have stubby shoots. I want to plant them out this week if I can. any thoughts.

Nothing wrong with them, chitting is a bonus really while it's too cold to plant.  Mine went in three weeks ago looking just like yours and the earlies are just poking through the surface.
