BEETROOT AND TURNIP DOING OK BUT ??

My beets and turnips are growing realy well above ground but dont seem to be doing so well below ,is there a fertiliser that would help ? or any thing i can do ?

Give them time --- leaves are needed first for them to then bulk up a root for you to eat  :D

apparently Chempak 8 is very good for roots, so if you can find some, it will help bulk up your root veg. But sunshineband is quite right too!
small, Welsh and almost certainly bonkers, but can be tamed with Talisker, if required
