Manure & Lime
« on: February 08, 2009, 18:36 »
On my new plot, which is finally looking less like scrubland  :tongue2:, I have four beds - Brassicas, Legumes, Potatoes and Roots (carrots, parsnips, onions etc). I am planning on liming the brassica bed (I'm going to do a ph reading this week), bud wondering which of the other three beds I should manure?

Thanks!

Don't lime unless you need too, I would manure the brassicas as well as the potato and Legumes. But don't manure the roots!
