Has anyone used these?  Our trees have been badly effected this year and I don't want it to happen again next year.

I have not used the traps but when I took over my plot the trees were riddled with them.  I cleared all the leaves and weeds under the trees and broke up the soil to let the birds get at them last Autumn, and I am not suffering half as much this year.
