Buckwheat green manure

I know I have mentioned growing green manure on this site before and that I intended to grow mustard on the plot this year looking through my seed store I found some packets of green manure called  Buckwheat according to the sowing instructions sowings can be made from may to August

as I've never grew Buckwheat before is there anyone out there who grows or has grew this green manure [Buckwheat] a bit of info about cultivating this green manure [Buckwheat] would be most appreciated
