Title: outside nestbox

i have now removed a old bush beside my coop, and would like to build a outside nest box to attache to the coop.
any tips, ideas, photos, plans, would be most helpful. as i have not got a clue as yet of where to start  :unsure: :unsure: :unsure:

I have never built one, but there are loads of 'how to videos' on YouTube  :)

 Design depends on whether you just want a functioning nest box or a separate secureable box that can be used as a broody coop or quarantine/hospital accomodation .

I went for high ridged Alpine chalet style when i made mine ! :)
Hens are followers of fashion and will lay in the box the other ladies think is best !

just a box for the hens to lay, and easy for me to collect there lovely eggs  :)
