Looking to grow some Jerusalem Artichoke at the allotment. All I know is that you need to get every last tuber out when harvesting, otherwise they'll be back the following year!
Need advice on everything else, particularly where to by stock from!

Thanks in advance!

Do a search on them Ruth, there was a lengthy discussion on them recently, also, see swap shop, someone offered them recently. :)  :)

What sort are these very so tasty reds, if you know, please. Are they red fuseou( dif spelling) or red wild ones? :?

In any case, would you swap some, I've got sour cherry saplings, or else. :)

I'm pretty sure they are Boston Red and its not only me who says they are tastier.  I am growing them for several gourmet restuarants & they will not use Fuseau.  I may have some swaps later, it depends on how sales go.  :D
