Planted some yonks ago in pots. Only 3 out of the 15 are showing any new growth. How long does it normally take for them to appear. I'm sure the packet said they would be up and at it about now. Also, how big should the pots be ideally?

All in individual pots in the greenhouse. Was hoping to plant some out later, but it's not looking promising. I thought you could plant them straight out though?
