Growing under the Greenhouse Staging

I have a half brick Greenhouse (6 x with staging down one side with a soil bed under it and a bed down the other side - as soon as I move out the seedlings to the plot I plan on plant 6 tomatoes into the bed (will probably use growbags and pots to give extra depth as the soil isn't great) and put my peppers, chillies etc. on the staging.  I was just wondering if there is anything I can grow in the bed under the staging which being shaded a good bit by the staging?
