Of course let me just find the recipe of the lakeland toffee tin wrapper LOL

250g unsalted butter
250g caster sugar
4 desertspoons of golden syrup
2 teaspoons of malt vinegar

Put the butter, sugar and syrup into the pan over a high heat and heat to a rolling boil, making sure it doesnt burn

Add the vinegar

stir the mixture until the bubbles vanish and then pour into the tin to set

Break with toffee hammer or use to break your teeth (helping your dentist get richer)

I treated myself to a toffee tray and I might as well not bothered it came clean out of the pan, didnt even need tapping, greased the pan first with a tiny bit of sunflower oil spray, (name I can not remember and the kitchen is too far at this time of night)

I dont do nuts yucky things they are, although that picture does look like it contains nuts, its just the bits from where I smacked it so hard.

Bad idea having homemade toffee in the house.

Little pickers wear big knickers, off to m and s for the next size
