How Long Can You Keep Eggs For

Hi Peter,
All the information I have read has said that if you sell eggs that you should sell fresh and put a not out to say to consume within three weeks.  They can be good up till four or so, but I think that this is to keep you right for legal purposes.  I think they are three weeks by the  time they get to the supermarket:(

Hi, i'm sure I read that DEFRA say if you sell your eggs you should say consume within 21 days. I always mark my boxes with that info.
I bet that your eggs don't hang around for that long though, lol? I know my girls can't lay quick enough sometimes as I almost have friends queuing up for their eggs!
