Hey

Would it be ok to keep the layers pellets in the coob during the day or should it be outside ?

It would be a very good idea to keep the food inside the coop. This keeps the food dry and also helps prevent wild birds helping themselves!

Importantly it also helps prevent mice and rats from moving in! :evil:
We have our feeders hanging down inside the henhouse -it stops them kicking shavings into the food which they seemed to enjoy! :lol: I am sure they were doing it deliberately :lol:  :lol:

I put the food inside - as foxy says it keeps it nice and dry and means alot less wastage
