Sounds lush  :ohmy:  Which reminds me. I ordered lamb neck on my last Twonko order but I didn't get any. I bet I forgot to push the "add to basket" button. That's what you get when you do the order around midnight  :nowink:

Lamb neck makes excellent curries too  :(

I use lamb neck for a lot of things - especially lamb klefitico.
I don't like fatty meat but the thin fat in neck just dissolves on cooking with a nice flavour :)
