Chickpea flour aka gram flour

Sounds lush    Which reminds me. I ordered lamb neck on my last Twonko order but I didn't get any. I bet I forgot to push the "add to basket" button. That's what you get when you do the order around midnight 

I use lamb neck for a lot of things - especially lamb klefitico.
I don't like fatty meat but the thin fat in neck just dissolves on cooking with a nice flavour

Oooh stop it you two3!
I'm drooling now - and there's no lamb left in the freezer 

Courgette pakoras went down a treat tonight.  I got a couple, but OH happily wolfed the rest
