i have just found white fly on my rocket(totally infested) and on my lettuce(not too bad) have given them a good spray with hose pipe but not a lot happened ....any good tips as this is really pi****g me off

Eat them :shock: or spray with soft soap.

you say soft soap is that the same as washing up liqued diluted

The curlykale I pick and put in beer glass full of water half a day and leave it outside for half a day
