just looking at the forecast and it's saying a low of only 3 degrees on fri night.

what would everyone say i need to bring in from the un heated tunnel?

i've got herbs and beans (runners and french) that i'm most worried about. i got away with a light ground frost early in the week don't want to risk it again.

I would not risk the beans. Both are very tender. It depends what herbs you have and maybe what stage they are at. Some are definitely much hardier than others. Basil for example, definitely wouldn't take it. Some herbs overwinter outdoors and provided they are not teeny tiny would most likely be fine. :)

If you've got a load I'd cover with a couple of layers of fleece and bubble wrap inside the greenhouse- it's only for a few nights and then it's getting better again.  All my stuff (toms, pumpkins, beans) have been left like this all day for the last few days and when I checked this morning under the layers they're all still growing away...mind you my basil in on the kitchen windowsill.
