Where’s Mum & Lardman? You not eating?
I'm a little under the weather and I've not bothered doing much besides the odd cheese sandwich.
Sorry to hear that hope your feeling better soon this weather doesn't help take care  :D

Take care, hope you feel more like you soon, can you manage a pan of chicken soup, add noodles & a shot of chilli, that should pep you up :)

Hm beefburgers, haven't liked them for years and even the smell would turn my stomach. Had one a couple of weeks ago and loved it and although that one was a packet one have decided tonight to have a go at making my own.

Roast pork, roast potatoes, broccoli and a ratatouille  made with odds and ends from the fridge.  Have decided no gravy as that wouldn't go with the ratatouille.

Stir-fry with thick udon noodles, pork, broccoli and sugar snap peas.  Lots of garlic and chilli added, plus a thick sauce with soy and oyster sauce in it to coat everything.

Hubby didn’t seem to fancy the mince & onions I’ve taken out of the freezer to turn into something, so he’s having leftover lamb stew from last night, so I’ve turned the mince into dirty macaroni, only thing is there is not a vat of it . So that’s lunch for me & 2 year old grandson sorted for tomorrow
