Some of mine look like that, it's old age and a maybe a bit of mildew at this time of year - just pick the tatty looking ones off.

I try and water the soil around the plant rather than just emptying the can on the plant as most of it will run off the large leaves, so the soil underneath the plant can get very dry.  Just something to be aware of
