« on: July 30, 2012, 21:43 »
Does any one else grow flowers just for adding to salads ect I do love nasturtiums and cannot reist the flowers and leaves in a salad whilst the seeds go into a chutney/pickle .  Of course there are also the marigold flowers

you can also use the flowers from courgette plants in salads or stuff them with ricotta cheese and fry them. Yummy.
