My little bantam hen has hatched 4 ducklings. will she be able to show them how to feed etc,?
or should I take them away from her and out them under a light?

lots of people on here have used their broodies to hatch ducklings and they have managed just fine. The only thing that seems to worry the hens is when her "chicks" (ducklings) want to go into the water rather than drink it  .
Make sure that the feed is organic or from the smallholders range as then it won't have ACS (anti cocci) in it.
