Hi, first post in the Poultry section! I have 14 hens, between 12 months and 4 years old.

Have you checked that they aren't laying somewhere else? I often find that if egg numbers are down, one of them has made a new nest under a bush somewhere!  :roll: I also find that if I restrict their diet to just the layers feed, then egg production increases - it does seem to be a well balanced feed to boost egg production, conversely too many treats just makes them fat! (luckily I don't rely on mine producing that well as they are all spoilt little madams!)  :D
