Is it best to just leave my carrot rows until I can definitely tell what are weeds and what are carrots ? I have a string line in place, and have attempted to look for weeds along the line, but cant really tell yet whats what. Is it best to just hoe between the rows ?
any thoughts ?

If you're still unsure when they're first popping up, then simply weed the rows, and when a number of these line up, you'll know which to leave behind.
