It's probably a rude tomato that's grown a tongue just so it can stick it out at you!

As a mod, daren't speculate on other possibilities  , but either way as SP has already mentioned it's not unusual and is nothing to worry about.

It's a variation of tomato 'catface', and isn't a problem at all!

I spotted one just today, and am rather fond of it...
