Title: Found these on my potato plants?
Post by: Hydra101 on July 25, 2009, 17:12
Hi All.

I'm new to these forums (and to growing vegatable so may be bombarding you with questions soon).  But I dug my potatoes up today and found pod type things attached to the leaf stalks.  Now they had already finished flowering so didn't think it was more flowers, but any clues?

Welcome Hydra

Yes, they are seed pods.
You can sow the seeds in spring, if you like, and get a completely new variety of potato all of your own.
