I'll be nuking a spud when the heat of the day passes. I'll too hot for food especially if it's not already made.

Burgers - in burger buns for OH, just as is for me, plus salad.

The last of the raspberries out of the freezer set into jelly for pud, with some squirty cream because we could

1 pan on the hob was my limit for cooking tonight  :)

Best I could manage was a corned beef sandwich. I might try doing so pasta and pesto later, I can at least call it a pasta salad then if I just let it sit there until it's cold  :nowink: I'm drinking so much water to try and keep hydrated I'm not feeling like eating.

Another nuked spud, with cheese this time, plus more of the HM coleslaw and cucumber from the greenhouse. Tomatoes from the Co op still, though - never before  had cukes ripen before toms. Very weird  ::)

Called in at my local Chinese/Thai/Japanese cash and carry on the way home from work and bought noodles ready to stir fry, plus mushrooms.

I had some pork steaks at home that I cut up and put in, as well as plot garlic, spring onions and mangetout, with a chilli from the greenhouse for good measure.  10 minutes tops in the wok which was more than enough cooking for today  :)

Change of plans as there was mince on the use by date in the fridge. Made a chilli but couldn't face eating it, so the plan is to nuke a spud today and add some for a quick no cook meal.
