Minimum of 7 last night, now 11 with steady rain that is  due to continue.

Typical here on the Island, where I am (east side) its overcast and a bit breezy but no rain.  On the west side it has been raining continually all morning and is very windy.  There will probably be differences in the north and south sides of the Island as well.

Still not warm at all, has anybody else got CH on ?     But the rain is lovely, continual, and is really soaking everything.    Now I want it to warm up soon, to germinate my grass seed    Mrs B

Bright and breezy, 16C this morning after some overnight rain. 12C overnight in the open greenhouse - can't be bad

We've still got our CH on for periods - it's an old house and stone walls lose heat. But they're cool in a heatwave!
It's about 15º outside, damp rather than wet with gentle breezes.

We also live in a very old house, built 1780 with stone walls. Weather is cool with intermittent light showers. We tend to use the gas-fires in this sort of weather rather than CH

On Tuesday we had 1 shower - literally lasted for 5 seconds (could have been 4 or 6 seconds - didn't have a stopwatch handy!) Not enough to register on the local weather station's rain guage.

Yesterday was a bit drizzly at times - total 0.8mm. 

Warm and windy today, and guess what? Yup, dry.

17C at 4pm. Lovely in the sun but the wind is a bit enthusiastic!

11C overnight, 16C this morning but totally grey sky, everything feels damp - including the cushions in the greenhouse where the doors were left open. So probably not rain, overnight, just high humidity   
Forecast is to stay cloudy until this evening but temperature to rise to 20 or 22C - yuk! Doesn't sound very nice at all

No rain yesterday but very dull and chilly in the breeze. Today started with thick fog or low cloud - not sure which - but it's cleared away now. Very grey and dull, about 13ºC.

That very fine rain (that makes you wetter than the big blobs) until about 10am and then sunshine.  I really wanted to cut the front lawn but again it was too damp and would have 'mangled' rather than mown.  So   many different forecasts for the weekend, ranging from a heatwave to thunderstorms, I don't know who to believe.  It is very muggy so I expect the latter.

Very warm and bright today, took the opportunity to go for a walk in the woods with the sprog, borrowed a neighbour's dog who had a great time chasing squirrels
