Hello I need to get some mower spares from Australia because the importer in this country has decided that they dont want to bring any more spare parts in to the country,I can find the parts on Australian web sites does any one on here know how to order parts and how much shipping charges are, jezza

There may be a combination of charges relating to delivery/handling, VAT/tax and perhaps another element.
It is likely to depend on the value of the goods and whether it is > £135.
HMRC website here: https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty
The moneysavingexpert website had an article about this (in the context of importing from the EU, to be fair, but I suspect that the rules from the EU are now likely to be similar to the rules for the rest of the world and it gives you some ideas) https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/buying-online-from-europe-post-brexit/
The Royal mail website also seems to confirm same prices irrespective of where the item comes from:

Not sure about ordering from Australia, though.

Hello I have a mate looking into the duty and vat rates, but may not need to get the spares from Australia as I've found a company that says they are sure that they can make them, jezza

Hello I've had an email from the mower parts supplier in Australia that I had contacted ot says he does send in to England but ad soon ad Cusyoms see an item from Australia its sent back to sender although every things paid for and theres no refund jezza

A lot of problems is incorrect paperwork, so items held up in customs.
You can either pay the company vat and import duty so it clears customs here or pay it yourself with additional handling costs. couriers charge up to £25.
We have a car part in limbo at the mo as the "UK" company was Germany and hence returning a part wrongly bought for our model is being held up somewhere in the EU.
If you have the part, try a local fabricator for a price.
