Mixed leaves (pak choi, chinese leaves and beet tops) braised in soy, stir fried veg (courgette, stalks from the pakchoi, carrot, cashews, onion) with spicy sausage. Noodles for OH. Very tasty, better than expected for a bit of a scratch meal.
Tonight I am getting a beef in red wine stew into the slow cooker to get on with it. Cabbage and steamed spuds to be added later. I might do dumplings instead of the spuds .....
