Hydrangea Problem

Anyone guess whats happening with the bush. Started flowering, then sudddenly stopped and died back. Looking really sorry for itself now. Have kept it watered etc. not sure whats happened and if anything I can do now?

Try putting it in the shade.  It looks a little sun burnt.

I also have a hydrangea problem.   Something is eating the edges of the new leaves.  Cannot see anything.  Ideas please and what to spray with.    Thanks  Mrs Bouquet

I'd guess the watering hasn't got down deep enough for the roots. Hydrangeas like cool and wet summers, so definitely aren't happy this year. Mine are doing the same :(
