Title: Using Coffee Grounds & Banana Peel in the Garden
Post by: John on June 28, 2019, 22:39
Most urban readers can get hold of quantities of coffee grounds, the high street coffee shops give them away. This reader has a source for both coffee grounds and, unusually, banana peel in volume. But what's the best way to use them?

Hello John. I have used coffee grounds back in the '70's,but the past 2-3 years i have been burying my banana skins with a view to increasing my plots fertility+ teabags and orange peel! i have heard burying banana skins underneath rose bushes gives them a boost! i will try that as i have two rose bushes to plant.

We used to dry and smoke Banana skins in the early 70s - made us as sick as a dog which wasn't what we hoped for :)
