Just a quick Q.
I am planning on making some curd's to go in Christmas hampers but wondered how well it keeps (will be the first time I've made it). Would it be ok to make now or should I leave it a few weeks?
-
The wife says only normaly 2 - 3 weeks, but then again it never lasts that long anyway!!!
-
Haha, that's good then! Thanks for the reply, will leave it closer to Christmas before I make some.

Similar here JaK! the recipe I use says use within 4 weeks, I think its' because of the eggs, but mine never lasts 4 weeks either! :D :D
-
So glad it doesn't last long in your house too, hope mine is just as yummy! :)
