I'm making some Ribena wine which is fermenting at the moment. My question is how palatable is this wine staight after fermentation? Residing in university accommodation means small scope for storage to allow time for it to mature.

reminds me of when I was approached in the homebrew section of Boots one friday by 2 students who asked me if I knew about homebrew, and then if 3 week wine kits took 3 weeks...I explained that they sometimes were finished in that time but leaving them a few months made them much better - they looked aghast and said 'so it wouldn't be ready for tomorrow then?'...
