Help with leek seedlings please!

Hi everyone! I need some advice on my leeklings!! They look like blades of grass, but the tops of some of them are bent over. Is this normal? Should I chop the tops off?

No, do not chop them off. All allium seedlings germinate this way but will straighten up shortly.
