its my 1st year with my plot my potatoes have just come through when do i bank up the rows and how high

I do mine about 3 times during the growing season, 2" - 3" at a time, when the haulms, (the stems) are long enough so that they don't get covered totally. (Unless there's a frost predicted!).

Others WILL differ in their method.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
