1.  shallots are in ground under polytunnel should they be watered or does the rain water
     seep through (polytunnel from poundland)

2.  Should broad beans be planted in pots to be planted later or should they go straight in?

3.  We have dug a lot of couch grass up but having read turnips would destroy couch grass(how does this work) would swede be as good as we dont like turnips although we realise weeding still has to be done.

1.  Take the polytunnel up. It's not needed.

2.  Beans can go straight in.

3.  Don't know. (Well that's honest!)
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I've heard that mentioned on here before but I'm not sure how it works or how effective it is ...
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

If it works, that's just brilliant. But what to do with all those turnips?  ::)

If it works, then all the local turnip growers here don't believe it because all of them spray herbicides.
