They're a blooming nightmare, tbh. They don't arrive until past midday and some days we get no mail whatsoever - I think they let it pile up!

I bought a Raleigh Grifter a few years ago and the postie actually admitted to me that the lads in the sorting office had opened it a bit to have a peek!

Apologies to any posties on here, but what a bunch of b*******.

Put mine in egg boxes to start chitting and noticed half are damaged, but complaining about the quality of something that was free is just too cheeky even for me  ;)

Perhaps that's why they were free? Although, I checked mine last night and they look fine.

I now keep scanning Fothergill's listings for similar 'mistakes'!  :D

Mine came today too - thanks scabs  :)
I'd forgotten all about them though, so when they arrived I spent hours scratching my head & thinking "I don't remember buying those" - had actually convinced myself that I must've bought them sometime in a drunken stupor

And as janeymiddlewife said, they're now £10 for 10 tubers - obviously hoping to recoup some losses, though I doubt they'll sell many at that price! On Googling I found this has been going on since January, on forums all over....so just think how many free taters they've sent out - and been kind enough to pay p&p themselves, too!
The mind boggles. I feel a bit guilty, actually   but looking forward to trying them anyway!

(I bet the webmaster copped it!)
