hmmm hard to understand why she wanted a chicken in her bedroom..however I dont think it can be doing much harm to anyone, if it is well cared for and everything is kept clean.

mind you the chicken will be missing out not being free outside

I'm certain that the chicken poses NO health problem to anyone  :!:  

If the chicken makes a lot of noise, which is probably exaggerated by the complaining neighbours who are obviously miss-informed about bird flu, it will be because the bird is not happy with its environment.

I believe that all chickens should see the sky, eat the grass (not my veg though), dig for worms and behave in a chicken like way (which includes other chicken company).  Living in a house is not in my opinion suitable for chickens...

... so why do mine try to get into the kitchen all the time  :roll:
