Right today i have one hen (Chicken Licken) whose acting strangely  At first i thought she was going broody at she was fluffed up and sitting in the nest box all morning. So i followed some advice i'd read on here and gave her a cold but gentle bath. She just stood there and didn't complain once and i put her back in the coop and she just standing completely still facing the corner and doesn't seem to want to move! - Now i'm leaping to conclusions here but i expect it was her who laid the dodgy egg yesterday - could it be egg peronitis (sp?)

Whatever your ideas please could you include an idea on how to treat her.

I had one that looked out of sort the other day Wildy. She stayed in the coop most of the day looking all hunched. She was hatched last September so I assumed she may be going broody too. However she just suddenly perked up and went outside. She has been ok since. Cant help with medical advice but I hope she pulls through OK. Everything crossed from over here
